More Crete Pictures

Here are some more Crete pictures and some from Santorini!

 

Crete 1 - The sunrise I actually woke up early to see.... It started out as a red sliver and turned into this....  Crete 2 - and then into this!  Crete 3 - This is the boat we took to Santorini!  Crete 4 - This is the spray from the back of the boat... it went 42 knots... which is like 55 miles per hour.  Crete 4 - This is Santorini!  Crete 5 - This is the cable car that we road down the mountain!  Crete 7 - The cable car going up as we are going down!  Crete 8 - Waiting at the bottom for every one so we can ride the donkeys back up!  Crete 9 - This is the line of donkeys that were all waiting to take people up!  Crete 10 - Carrie riding her donkey up the hill with my Uncle Dennie in the lead. Crete 11 - Emily riding her donkey up the hill.  Crete 12 - My donkey "lightening", he was fast and fit my style and kept steady for the most part so I could take pictures :)  Crete 13 - Me passing Dennie... notice that I was on the ground taking a picture of him way ahead earlier and now I'm ahead...my donkey was fast!  Crete 14 - Megan, Dennie and Carrie riding up the hill!  Mrs. Cook (Holly) and Laura riding up the hill!  Crete 16 - A quick shot over the edge as I rode by...  Crete 17 - No your not taking it right, it's on manual focus, it  Crete 17 - There good shot... oh wait you can't see the dome... let's take another one!  Crete 18 - a great shot! Thanks Holly!  Crete 19 - Picture from the bus on the way to the port. Those circle things on the ground or vines!  Crete 20 - The cutest puppy ever that I saw at the port under a bench this guy was sitting on.  Crete 21 - Waiting for the boat and playing slapping games.  Crete 22 - This is a cute little German kid that was the son of two people we got to know at the hotel... his name was Fin and he w as super fun!  Crete 23 - This was taken at the beach we skipped rocks at by Mr. Smith who held onto my camera.... and this is expression is... "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WASTING MY BATTERY!!!!!"  Crete 24 - This is a rock... as you can very well see :)  Crete 25 - The closest thing to a Sunset that I ever saw!  Crete 26 - The shattered windshield!  Crete 27 - The pottery shop!  Crete 28 - The runway before take off...  Crete 29 - Taking off...  Crete 30 - Flying over some snowy mountains.... kind of weird to see after being in sunny Crete, but I guess I saw snowy mountains there too!  Crete 31 - About to land...  Crete 32 - Safe landing and getting off... MR. Jackson, Mrs. Jackson, Mr. Smith, Zack...   Crete 33 - Getting off the plane... Zack, Carrie, Mrs. Smith, Laura, Ana and Aunt Debby  My aunt Debby, Emily, Uncle Dennie and Olivia 

Yey for a very good trip to Crete and a safe airplane ride back to Germany!  I had a really good time and definitely want to go back someday! I’ll be posting more pictures when I can, but this is it until I get home tomorrow! :D
